Within the framework of its website www.webrivage.com (hereinafter the “Site”), WebRivage collects personal data concerning users (hereinafter “You” or “User”) in a spirit of fairness and transparency in accordance with the French Information Technology and Civil Liberties Law (Loi Informatique et Libertés) of 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (Loi pour la Confiance dans l’Economie Numérique “LCEN”) of 21 June 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (Règlement Général sur la Protection des données “RGPD”) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

2.1 Information that you transmit directly to us

By using our Site, you are required to transmit information to us, some which is of a nature to identify you (“Personal data”). Mandatory information that is essential for the performance of a contract between you and WebRivage, for the provision of a service that you have requested or for compliance with legal obligation, is indicated by an asterisk. Otherwise, WebRivage will not be able to provide you with the services offered by the Site.

During each of your visits, we may collect, in accordance with applicable legislation, information relating to the devices on which you use our services or the networks from which you access our services, such as in particular your IP addresses, connection data, types and versions of Internet browsers used, data concerning your navigation on our Platforms.

This Privacy Policy informs you of the terms and conditions of the processing of your Personal data. You can express your prior and express consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by WebRivage on the Site, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

Categories of data

1. Identity: title, surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, internal processing code allowing the identification of the user, data relating to registration on opposition lists.

CV data: current position, diploma, photo, cover letter.

Data retention period

All personal data collected is kept for a limited period of time depending on the purpose of the processing and only for the period of time provided for by the applicable legislation.

The length of retention varies according to several factors including:

WebRivage's business needs;
Contractual requirements;
Legal obligations (insurance, tax, human resources, etc.);
Recommendations from regulatory authorities.

Personal data relating to the management of applications is kept until you request its cancellation, limitation or deletion and within the time limits detailed below:

in the event of a positive outcome: data relating to employees is kept for the time necessary for their presence within WebRivage and after their departure for the applicable legal retention period;
in the event of a negative outcome to an application: two (2) years, unless you object.

Data relating to the management of prospects, clients and service providers is collected and kept:

for contracts: for the duration of the contractual relationship and for five (5) years following the end of the contractual relationship;
for requests from prospects that do not lead to the conclusion of a contract, three (3) years from the date of collection or the last contact from the prospect.

Your data may be retained beyond the end of our contractual relationship, for example to defend our legal rights, to provide you with documents that you no longer have in your possession or to meet our legal obligations.

After this period, your personal data will be permanently destroyed in accordance with the measures prescribed by the legislation in force.

Recipients of personal data

WebRivage takes care to protect and secure the personal data you have agreed to provide to us to prevent it from being disclosed to unauthorised third parties. However, if we are legally obliged to do so or if a court order requires us to do so, we will disclose your data to the extent necessary to comply with that law or court order.

Personal data collected by WebRivage in the context of the contact form is intended for WebRivage only and will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of the Data Protection Officer.

Each processing operation limits the internal recipients who have the right to access and process the data concerned. Data may be transmitted to technical service providers chosen for their expertise and reliability who act on our behalf and according to our instructions (IT subcontractor, host of our servers, etc.).

Security and confidentiality of data

We implement organisational and technical security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. To this end, administrative, organisational, technical and physical precautions are taken to protect your personal data against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, unauthorised transmission, unauthorised modification or destruction.

These measures may include, but are not limited to, practices such as limited access to data by WebRivage personnel duly authorized by virtue of their position, contractual safeguards when using external service providers, privacy impact assessments, regular reviews of our privacy practices and policies, and/or physical and/or logistical security measures (e.g., secure access, clearance profile, anti-virus and firewalls).

In all cases, the data controller will take security measures appropriate to the nature of the data collected. The data is stored confidentially and protected at a very high level of security. The servers where the data is stored comply with the security standards currently in force. They are protected against both digital and physical attacks.

However, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the infallibility of this protection due to the unavoidable risks that may arise when transmitting personal data.

Your personal data is stored by us within the European Union. Some of WebRivage's partners are located outside the European Union. In these cases, however, it is possible to transfer data securely in accordance with European data protection regulations.

We ensure that your personal data is effectively protected. Therefore, all transfers are made to recipients located in:

in countries which, according to the criteria established by the European Commission, offer an adequate level of protection for personal data;
in countries which do not offer adequate protection but to which the transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission or by the adoption of binding corporate rules;
